We are an R&D based fast-growing software solutions provider seeking talented UI/UX Designer to join the team!

Job Nature: Full-Time
Location: Hybrid (On-site as necessary + Remote)
Salary: BDT 20,000/month

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into engaging UI/UX solutions.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
• Design consistent, accessible, and visually appealing user interfaces that align with our brand guidelines.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to continuously improve product usability.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and design standards to ensure modern, effective design solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field. (Final-year students with strong portfolios are also encouraged to apply.)
• 1–2 years of experience in UI/UX design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Sketch.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design best practices.
• Experience with design systems and component-based design workflows.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience working in Agile teams is a plus.
