We are a fast-growing software company that is dedicated to providing innovative solutions to our clients. We are seeking a talented Backend Developer to join our team to develop scalable and robust software applications that power our products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Design, code, test, and implement software according to design specifications using standard coding styles and procedures.
• Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of data.
• Analyze the specifications and comprehend the deliverables.
• Developing code and libraries that are reusable for future use.
• Ensure that initiatives are estimated accurately and completed on time.
• Assign tasks to the team and evaluate their performance.
• Validate your work before submitting it to SQA.
• Participate in code/design reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate frontend and backend components and ensure seamless communication between them.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Data Structure & Algorithms.
• 4+ years of experience as a software developer.
• Proficiency in modern frameworks such as Laravel, and Next JS.
• Prior experience working in a scrum or agile team is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in modern programming languages such as PHP.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of software design patterns and principles.
• Must have strong experience with relational database Oracle.
• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux.
• Must have a strong knowledge of CRUD operation on RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and asynchronous programming.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
