Job Title: Marketing Specialist

Experience: 2–3 years (Experience in the EdTech platform preferred)

Location: Hybrid work arrangement

Responsibilities:

  • Market Analysis and Reporting for meeting the sales target and ensuring strategic improvement
  • Lead full sales cycle, from initial calls to deal closures
  • Sourcing new business via relationships in a proactive manner
  • Collaborate with the existing team to illustrate marketing materials and implement the new marketing strategies effectively
  • Run ad and promotional campaigns in social media platforms and track the outcome to make further improvement plans
  • Monitor the effectiveness of the new sales plan and make data-driven adjustments as necessary
  • Conduct regular assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize sales performance
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable goods or services
  • Manage marketing databases and execute campaigns across email, social media, and display advertising
  • Conduct cold calls and email outreach to potential clients
  • Any other task assigned by the authority

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of proven experience in marketing, with a focus on developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
  • Experience creating sales on the EdTech platform is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proven ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
